Since the day I met George and Ray at their home office I realized they understood the business and the effort it takes to accomplish even the simple tasks working busy aircraft with little support from the OEM. From beating the OEM for wheel spares for my CL-300 and acquiring a new power cart in a time of high demand with giving me flexibility on freight so that our budget could go factory new rather than pre-owned. I recently left the 300 behind and transitioned to a new account with a CL-601 and of course my first call was to Ray and George for missing basic spares and assistance with an Air Turbine Starter, although I did not purchase the starter through Ship It AOG, they were extremely honest and assisted me with the right plan of action that suited this accounts best interest.
