Since the day I met George and Ray at their home office I realized they understood the business and the effort it takes to accomplish even the simple tasks working busy aircraft with little support from the OEM. From beating the OEM for wheel spares for my CL-300 and acquiring a new power cart in a time of high demand with giving me flexibility on freight so that our budget could go factory new rather than pre-owned.
