
Ship it AOG Announces New Chief Financial Officer
ADDISON, TX – October 25, 2006 – Ship it AOG today announced that Karen Winterrowd has been appointed
the company’s new chief financial officer (CFO).
In this role, Winterrowd is responsible for monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable,
maintaining tax and financial records, advising the company president on financial matters, and working
with vendors and customers to establish accounts.
Winterrowd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University
of Phoenix. She spent the first 20 years of her career in banking before transferring to the aviation
industry in 1996. Prior to joining Ship it AOG, Winterrowd held positions with Arnoni Aviation in
Houston, TX and Garrett Aviation in Phoenix, Ariz.
Winterrowd has been with Ship it AOG since its inception in 2000, beginning as one of only two
employees. As the business has grown, she has held a variety of positions within the company,
progressing from office manager, to controller, to CFO.
