Aircraft Parts Distributor Doubles Warehouse Size, Triples Customer Base, Diversifies Product Lines

ADDISON, Texas – May 19, 2010 – Ship it AOG, a leading worldwide distributor of spare parts for the business aviation market, today announced that it has added a new 7,000-sq. ft. warehouse adjacent to its existing facility in Addison, Texas, bringing the total warehouse space to 14,000 sq. ft.

“We have experienced a period of incredibly rapid growth in our business,” said George Miller, president of Ship it AOG. “We increased our warehouse space fivefold when we moved to our Addison facility in 2006. Now we’ve doubled it again.”

“Since 2006, we have tripled our customer base, and we now have an inventory of more than 11,000 individual components or accessory products from hundreds of manufacturers,” added Miller. “At the same time, we have diversified our product lines, signing distributorship agreements with companies like Unitron, Lektro, Custom Comfort Solutions and Jetcraft Avionics.”

In 2009 Ship it AOG was presented the “Best of Business” Award in the Aircraft instruments, equipment or parts category by the Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA), recognizing the company’s commitment to customer service.

AGREEMENT FOR LEKTRO AIRCRAFT TUGS

ADDISON, Texas – April 20, 2010 – Ship it AOG, the rapidly emerging premier aircraft parts distributor, has been named the factory-authorized South-Central USA distributor of LEKTRO electric towbarless aircraft tugs.

“The distribution agreement with LEKTRO marks a significant diversification for our business, greatly expanding our range of ground-support equipment products and parts,” said George Miller, president and CEO of Ship it AOG. “Since our company’s founding in 2000, we have grown our business consistently by offering top-quality products from major manufacturers like LEKTRO, backed by our reputation for unmatched customer service and technical support.”

LEKTRO’s battery-powered towbarless tugs are used and approved or endorsed by nearly every aircraft manufacturer in the world. LEKTRO tugs range in capacity from single-engine trainers up through the B737 and A320. LEKTRO products are ruggedly built to meet the specifications of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as well as the European Union CE Wheelmark. Nearly every regional airline in North America utilizes LEKTRO tugs.

SHIP IT AOG NAMES NEW CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Raymond Goyco to Manage Day-to-Day Operations for International Aviation Parts Distributor

ADDISON, Texas – Feb. 6, 2009 – Ship it AOG, a major international aviation parts distributor, today announced the promotion of Raymond Goyco to the position of chief operating officer (COO).

Goyco, who joined Ship it AOG in 2006 as vice president of sales and marketing, will now assume responsibility for the overall administration and management of the administrative and business operations of the organization.

According to George Miller, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Ship it AOG, Goyco will oversee the day-to-day management of the company, as well as marketing, business development, professional development for employees, and liaison with the CEO and chief financial officer. “In just two and a half years, Ray has become a valuable asset who has made an important contribution to our company’s growth and success, and I am confident he will provide the strong leadership that will enable us to move our company forward to face the new challenges of the 21st century,” said Miller.

“My goal is to perform above and beyond the level expected of me by our client base while incorporating strong personal integrity and a collaborative management style to build and sustain productive, effective working relationships with our staff and our customers around the world,” said Goyco.

Prior to joining Ship it AOG, Goyco served in sales and marketing positions with Raytheon Corporation and Aviall, Inc., and served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force.
